Requirements:
1. Certificate of Nepalese citizenship that can be clearly understood.
2. Educational qualification certificates are required for the advertised posts and categories.
3. Professional Professional Council Registration Certificate Certificate of registration with the relevant Professional/Professional Council in case of posts requiring registration.
4. If you have studied in a foreign educational institution, a certificate of equivalency from Tribhuvan University or a related body.
5. Uploaded digital (jpg/jpeg/png) copy of the candidate’s signature form.
6. A recent passport size photograph showing both ears.

8. Candidates
Who submitting application form for more than one advertisement should fill separate application form for each advertisement prescribed for that advertisement. Separate customs and necessary documents should be attached.
9. Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level II Class Posts for Open Competitive Examination, Officer Level III Class Posts
For the post of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years, for assistant level posts 18 years and not exceeding 35 years but in case of women and disabled candidates not exceeding 40 years. The permanent employees in the service of the Council shall be subject to the age limit as per Regulation 22(2) of the Council Employees Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2069 (with the sixth amendment). But there is no age limit for internal competitions.
